Gymkhana Racing Year End Awards Program
Consists of Three Separate Elements:
| 1. Fundamental Awards |
| 2. Match Race Championship Awards |
| 3. Hall of Fame Awards |
FUNDAMENTAL YEAR END AWARDS PROGRAMS
RIDER “START” AWARDS PROGRAM. The conditions and requirements associated with these awards are summarized below and in the following chart:
a. A rider must be signed up to compete in the program and pay the required Entry Fee.
b. The rating level of a given Round #1 Start time is determined when a riders Start time falls within one of the specified range of times given in the Start Rating Levels Chart.
c. To earn a Rating Level in a given event a rider must obtain 3 times at that rating level or better.
d. The number of Ratings Levels required to earn an Expert or Reserve Expert Award are specified in the chart below.

RACE CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS PROGRAM
The conditions and requirements associated with winning these awards are summarized below and in the following chart.
a. A rider must be signed up to compete in the program and pay the required Entry Fee.
b. The rating level of a given Round#1 Match Race time is determined when a riders Match Race time falls within one of the specified range of times given in the Match Race Championship Rating Levels Chart.
c. To earn a Rating Level in a given event a rider must obtain 3 times at that rating level or better.
d. The number of Match Race Rating Levels required to earn a Championship or Reserve Championship Award are specified in the chart below.

2. The Awards will be a Crumrine (or equivalent) Silver Buckle or Jacket (Riders choice)
MATCH RACE HALL OF FAME PROGRAM
There are three separate additional awards that can be won by individuals competing in the Hall of Fame Program. To be eligible for these awards the rider must sign up for the program and pay a fee of $ 135 per rider mount combination. (Note: this fee includes the Match Race Championship fee referred to above) The awards are as follows:
1. Induction into the RHR. Inc HALL of FAME
a. Requirements: Ride three Level One times in each of the 12 events
b. Awards:
(1) Hall of Fame Buckle
(2) Hall of Fame Jacket
2. EVENT CHAMPIONS
a. Requirements:. The winning riders are based on the average of an entered riders best three Match Race times in each event.
b. Awards: Championship and Reserve Championship jackets in each of the 12 event.
NOTE: There will be no duplication of jackets. That is, if a rider wins more then one event championship or wins an event championship and enters Hall of Fame, they will receive only one jacket noting all of their accomplishments.
3. TOP 10 RIDER AWARDS
a. Requirements: The top 10 riders will be selected based on their performance in all 12 events
(1) The average of each entered riders best three Match Race times will be determined for each of the 12 events.
(2) Each rider will earn points depending on his/her placement in each event.
(3) Points will be awarded to riders who place in each event as follows:
TOP 10 RIDER POINTS 1st Place 11 Points 2nd Place 9 Points 3rd Place 8 Points 4th Place 7 Points 5th Place 6 Points 6th Place 5 Points 7th Place 4 Points 8th Place 3 Points 9th Place 2 Points 10th Place 1 Point (4) The points earned by each rider will be added together and the points earned by all of the riders will be sorted from the greatest to the least number of points.
(5) The placement of the Top 10 riders is determined by the number of total points that each rider has earned.
b. Awards: Each rider will receive a Crumrine buckle to memorialize their accomplishments as an RHR Top 10 rider.
